As part of this unique mixed-use regeneration project, we were appointed to deliver the drylining works for 40 high-quality residential apartments within the scheme.

Scope of Works

Our team carried out a full internal drylining package across the residential units, including:

• Installation of internal partition walls and ceiling systems, designed to support both architectural layout and service integration

• High-performance insulation and fire-rated partitions to meet modern building and safety standards

• Seamless finishes to all walls and ceilings, providing a high-end surface ready for decoration and final fit-out

• Coordination with M&E services and other trades to ensure smooth and efficient delivery across multiple units simultaneously
