Croydon Residential Developments – Internal Finishing Package

HD Construction was appointed to undertake the complete internal finishing works for the Croydon Residential Developments — a multi-phase housing scheme comprising over 120 high-specification apartments in South London.

Scope of Works

Our team delivered a comprehensive package, which included:

• Drylining to all internal apartment walls and ceilings, ensuring a smooth and efficient system for M&E integration and high-performance insulation.

• Traditional plastering applied throughout apartment interiors, creating a durable, high-quality surface finish ready for decoration.

• Tape and jointing completed in communal corridors and entrance areas to meet both aesthetic and fire-rating requirements while maintaining a seamless appearance across high-traffic zones.

Project Duration & Completion

The project was delivered over a two-year period, with works commencing in 2016 and successfully completed in 2018. HD Construction coordinated closely with other trades and site management to ensure smooth delivery across multiple blocks and phases, meeting both programme milestones and quality standards.
