Scope of Works

Our drylining package covered multiple key zones within the development, including:

• High-specification restaurant and bar areas, where precision detailing and acoustic performance were critical

• Level 11 – “The Treehouse”, a standout communal clubhouse and event space requiring seamless finishes and architectural integration

• Coordination with M&E and fit-out contractors to ensure a clean interface and efficient workflow across shared areas

• Installation of fire-rated partitions, ceiling systems, and feature wall elements to meet commercial standards and design intent
