John F Hunt Regeneration expands leadership with new MD

John F Hunt Regeneration has appointed Sam Peck as managing director of its industrial dismantling division, further strengthening its leadership team following a recent senior appointment.

Peck joins from London-based specialist contractor Deconstruct UK, where he spent more than a decade as director of operations, overseeing complex demolition, structural alteration, and enabling works.

He brings experience advising London Borough Councils on the stabilisation and remediation of hazardous, partially collapsed structures caused by fire, ground subsidence, construction defects, and explosions.

High-profile projects he has worked on include Dovetail Building, 35 Lincoln’s Inn Fields, The Fitzrovia, and Pegasus House in Piccadilly.

In his new role, Peck will lead the strategic growth and operational performance of John F Hunt Regeneration’s industrial dismantling division. the year prior.

His appointment follows the recent hire of Galldris and Volkerfitzpatrick alumnus, Garrett Priestley as infrastructure and civils director, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in civil engineering and infrastructure delivery.

On the appointments Ben Williams, chief executive officer at John F Hunt Regeneration, said: “Together, Sam and Garrett joining our business, reflect our continued investment in experienced and performance-driven leadership, as the business expands its role across major national, regeneration, infrastructure and enabling works schemes.

“We have some very exciting projects to keep both of them seriously busy for some time to come.”

Specialising in construction, demolition, engineering, and equipment hire, John F Hunt Group achieved £193.3 million in revenue in FY2024/25, up from £178.9 million

Gross profit was £31.1 million, compared to £31.3 million the year before.
