Earl Sibley joins Highbourne, having most recently been CFO and chief operating officer (COO) at FTSE 250 housebuilder, Vistry Group.

He brings extensive finance, operations and sector experience to the new role, previously overseeing the integration of Bovis Homes and Galliford Try.

Before working for Vistry, Sibley worked at Barratt-Redrow and professional services giant EY.

He is also currently a non-executive director at Henry Boot.

Speaking to his new role as CFO at Highbourne, Sibley said: “Since its formation, Highbourne Group has laid the foundations for significant growth, particularly through its early adoption of renewables and strong propositions in both domestic heating and plumbing, and recently, in commercial, non-residential markets.

“I look forward to supporting the group in building on that progress.”

Highbourne Group was acquired by US investment firm HIG Capital in 2021.

The group operates across many sectors in construction, with more than 350 branches throughout the UK and employs 3,000 people.

Highbourne’s renewable energy solutions business accounts for one-quarter of the UK’s heat pump market.

CEO Dave Evans said Sibley’s appointment is a “clear signal” of Highbourne’s long-term growth plans, as the group builds on the strong sales achieved in 2025.
