Barratt Redrow has confirmed the appointment of Phil Reeves as managing director of its North West Redrow division, following a six-month stint as interim MD.

Reeves joined Redrow in 2020 and quickly rose through the ranks, from construction manager to head of construction and construction director.
Prior to Redrow, he spent 16 years at Taylor Wimpey, advancing from assistant site manager to senior production manager.
In his new role, Reeves will oversee operations and developments across the North West from Redrow’s Daresbury Park headquarters.
He expressed his enthusiasm for the position, highlighting the company’s commitment to developing its people and fostering career growth.
“I’m very happy to be stepping into this role,” he said.
“The reason I wanted to join Redrow was because I knew about the company’s commitment to developing its people and knew that if I wanted to achieve my ultimate career goal, then Redrow was the company for me.”

Redrow, now part of Barratt Redrow following its £2.5 billion merger in 2024, operates under multiple brands, including Barratt Homes, Barratt London, David Wilson Homes, and Redrow.
The company is currently building 11 developments across the North West, including four garden villages designed to create sustainable communities.
In its latest half-year results, Barratt Redrow reported revenue of £2.6 billion for the six months to 28 December 2025, but saw a dip in profits due to a subdued market and ongoing remediation efforts.
Despite the challenges, the company is confident in its medium-term growth prospects, supported by a solid land bank, strong forward sales, and synergies from the integration of Redrow.
