Cardo Group has completed its acquisition of building maintenance contractor Aspect Group Services, as the company targets £500 million in revenue by 2027.

Operating across three divisions – roofing, renewables and property – the Norfolk-headquartered company generated £20.5 million in revenue during FY26.

Managing director at Aspect Group Services, Matt Dillon welcomed the “exciting” venture, saying: “This partnership will allow us to build on our heritage, strengthen the services we provide and create new opportunities for our staff and suppliers, while continuing to provide the responsive, high-quality, trusted service our customers and partners expect, supported by the additional investment, capability and expertise of the wider Cardo Group”
The purchase is part of Cardo’s strategy to expand its “growing presence” across the UK, and enhance its building maintenance and renewables offering.
During the period, Cardo completed seven acquisitions, strengthening its capabilities across energy, roofing, passive fire safety, cyclical and planned maintenance, while also broadening its reach in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland through acquiring maintenance services from CTS.
Currently, there have been 17 acquisitions to date, which have positioned the group to achieve £500 million in turnover next year.
In its latest accounts Cardo’s revenue nearly doubled to £314 million.
Liam Bevan, chief executive at Cardo Group, said Aspect Group Services was a “strong addition” to the business.
Adding: “We look forward to welcoming Matt and the entire Aspect team to Cardo Group.
“Together we will continue to invest in excellent service delivery, while retaining the specialist knowledge and regional focus that are key to delivering essential property services well.”
