A series of significant project wins has helped GF Tomlinson achieve nearly £93 million turnover for the year.

Construction and civil engineering group GF Tomlinson reported a 16 per cent rise in turnover to £93 million for the year ended 30 June 2025, up from £80.2 million in 2024.
The Derbyshire-headquartered contractor continued to work closely with public sector partners, including Scape, Pagabo, Construction West Midlands, and the University of Nottingham.
Active contracts included the £17 million Stephenson Memorial Hall in Chesterfield, the £5 million Zero Carbon Transition Centre and £5 million Clinical Training Centre Phase 1 at the University of Nottingham, and the £6.9 million Bentley Health Hub for Doncaster Council.
It also completed projects such as the £9.5 million Institute of Technology for Barnsley College.
Recent wins, including the £16.4 million Bramcote Leisure Centre and £12 million Priory Shopping Centre, have strengthened its project pipeline.
These projects add to the more than £500 million GF Tomlinson has delivered over the past five years, particularly through its focus on frameworks, across education, healthcare, commercial, civic, leisure, residential, retail, and industrial sectors.
