A London-based property consultancy’s strategic push into key regions like Manchester and Edinburgh has helped deliver a 9.5 per cent rise in turnover to £93.9 million, up from £85.7 million in the previous year.

For the year ended 30 April 2025, London-headquartered Carter Jonas achieved a pre-tax profit increase of 31.3 per cent to £20.1 million (FY2024: £15.3 million).
Operating profit also saw a significant rise of 29.3 per cent, reaching £19.9 million (FY2024: £15.3 million).
Despite a challenging year marked by high borrowing costs, tighter credit conditions, and market uncertainty, the firm demonstrated resilience.
Transactional markets, particularly in residential and commercial sectors, saw fluctuating activity levels, with many clients taking a cautious “wait and see” approach.

“Looking ahead, we enter the next phase of our development with stronger foundations, a clearer sense of mission and a renewed sense of optimism.”
