Reds10 recently promoted former offsite managing director, Ryan Geldard to CEO, while founder, Paul Ruddick took up the role of chief executive of the newly created Reds10 Group.

As part of the restructure, Geldard will oversee day-to-day operations, continuing the company’s work in industrialised construction, integrating AI into its processes, and delivering buildings for public sector clients including defence, education, and justice.

While Ruddick, who described the creation of the group as an “important milestone”, will oversee its nine subsidiaries, including Reds10 Modular and M&E specialist Enlight10. He will also retain the role of chairman.

The reorganisation is set to build on Reds10’s plans to grow its revenue to £500 million and expand into the healthcare and affordable housing sectors.

Latest results saw the company deliver turnover of £144.7 million and an operating margin of 4.8 per cent, underpinned by a growing £350 million order book.

This allowed Reds10 to invest in a fifth advanced construction factory in Driffield, East Yorkshire, adding 70,000 sqm of manufacturing space.

“Welcome to Richard Abrams who has joined Reds10 as our new framework delivery director,” the contractor announced on social media this week.
