GRAHAM Interior Fit-Out has appointed a new managing director.

Sean McNiff recently took on the role having previously served as operations director for almost two years.
During that time, he led major initiatives and expanded GRAHAM’s presence in the London fit-out market, building relationships with clients such as M&S, BT, Deloitte, Primark, Watches of Switzerland, The Berkshire Golf Club, Fraser Group, and Nike.
McNiff joined GRAHAM Interior Fit-Out in April 2019 as a design manager, a role he had for three-and-a-half years until he became contracts director in September 2022.
He brings 20 years of project experience to the role, including in the office, commercial and retail sectors.
Based in Northern Ireland, McNiff also has broad experience working at architectural, environmental and engineering consultancies operating in the construction sector.
He will now lead the £75 million turnover Interior Fit-Out division, overseeing more than 100 staff across the UK.
McNiff said: “My focus will continue be on the development of our people and organisational structure to strengthen our existing relationships and develop new opportunities.
“Most importantly, we will continue to be uncompromising in our approach to delivering exceptional projects.”

Back in June, Peter Allan joined the Interior Fit-Out division as workplace director, to strengthen its position in the commercial sector.
Prior to joining GRAHAM, Allan worked for Ivegate, a building services specialist focusing on design and build solutions, where he was an interior fit-out director.
Before that, he was a project director at ISG.
At the time, McNiff said: “Peter is a strategic appointment as we continue to expand our workplace fit-out offering.
“With a client-first approach that has seen us deliver for BT, Deloitte, Santander, and Microsoft, Peter’s leadership will ensure we continue to provide outstanding service across the UK and Ireland.”
