The firm provides work-winning and delivery support, consulting primarily with developers, consultants and Tier One and Two contractors in the construction sector.

Headquartered in Kings Langley, Herts, they assist clients in acquiring infrastructure or environment programmes and provide tailored bids and proposal support.

Bridgehead has won more than £35 billion worth of work for clients, as stated on their website.

Martin Scadden, with more than 40 years in the consulting industry and having worked on projects in the UK, Europe and the Middle East, is now the company’s director of construction services.

Before joining Bridgehead, Scadden was planning director at Ctori Construction Consultants and senior planner at Balfour Beatty UKCS from 2017-20.

Racheal Gregory, who has headed Bridgehead’s bids and proposal workstreams since the start of 2025, has been promoted to director of proposals.

Bridgehead managing director, Ken Erskine said: “Bridgehead is continuing to grow at pace, with new services for developers and consultants, projects overseas, and the recent launch of our construction support services.

“Racheal and Martin are central to our future plans, and we are delighted that they will be helping to shape the strategic direction of the business moving forward.”

Scadden and Gregory will be joining the consultancy firm’s board of directors, alongside Erskine, Paul David Munnelly, CEO of Munnelly Group, and group finance director, Graham Fisk.

For the year ended 31 December 2025, Munnelly Group posted revenue of £167 million, underpinned by a pre-tax profit of £1.55 million and £2.26 million EBITDA.

Bosses said the results were due to their having built a ‘resilient’ multi-brand business, underpinned by strategic financial and operational discipline, as the group looks to expand further in 2026 with a healthy order book and strong liquidity.

Last year, Munnelly continued to expand into new markets, deepen client partnerships and invest in technology and ESG initiatives to future-proof the business.

It was also in 2025 long-term CEO Phil Munnelly moved into the role of chairman and was succeeded by his son, Paul David Munnelly, as chief executive.
