Construction consultancy Mitchell McDermott has struck a major investment deal to accelerate its growth plans in its key market sectors.

Dublin-based MML Ireland, a private equity firm supporting Irish SMEs, announced the new partnership this week, to support the company’s domestic and international growth strategy.
Mitchell McDermott is a data-led construction consultancy, founded in 2015 by Paul Mitchell and Anthony McDermott.
It currently has offices in Dublin, Limerick, and Amsterdam, as well as hubs in the UK, Germany, Spain, and Malaysia.
The firm has delivered “substantial growth” in recent years, supporting many sectors in the construction industry, but with a particular focus on residential and data centre projects.
MML’s investment will help Mitchell McDermott expand its European project pipeline in the data centre sector, while strengthening its presence in the residential market and other key sectors in Ireland.
Under the terms of the investment, Mitchell McDermott will continue to be led by its existing management team.
