Derek Gormley has joined Collen Construction’s executive management team in the role of pre-construction director.

With more than 35 years of experience, Gormley brings expertise in leading pre-construction strategies and the procurement of complex, high-value projects across sectors including commercial, healthcare, and institutional developments in Ireland, the UK, and Europe.

Before joining Collen, Gormley spent more than three decades at John Sisk & Son, where he most recently served as its director of pre-construction and fitout and director of pre-construction for Ireland and Europe.

His career at the more than 160-year-old construction and engineering firm also includes roles as director of Interiors by Sisk and chief estimator.
