Turner & Townsend has announced a UK leadership shake-up, including a Hinkley Point C boss in an expanded role, as it prepares for its next phase of growth.

Andy Scott, who has led the defence division since 2011 and overseen landmark projects including Heathrow, Hinkley Point C, and Edinburgh Trams, will now head both infrastructure and defence in an expanded remit.
While Patricia Moore continues as UK managing director while also taking on the newly created role of managing director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), strengthening the company’s footprint across real estate, infrastructure, and energy.
Andy Scott will expand his remit, overseeing both the infrastructure and defence divisions, having previously managed landmark projects including Heathrow, Hinkley Point C, and the Edinburgh Trams.

The changes coincide with James Corrigan, former UK infrastructure managing director, relocating to the US to lead Turner & Townsend’s American operations after 20 years advising on major UK projects including HS2 and Crossrail.
The moves support the firm’s business plan to 2030, building on recent global growth from $950 million in 2020 to $7.43 billion today.
Moore said the shifts reflect the firm’s scale and set it up for “the next phase of growth”.
“We are in a strong position in the UK, having evolved our major programmes capability and footprint over several years,” she said.
“Across our work, clients are navigating a complex and uncertain environment.
“Our UK, EMEA-wide and global footprint means that we have a deep understanding of the market so we can manage risk and keep investments on track.
“As James heads across the Atlantic, I’d like to thank him for his exceptional contribution to our UK business and our work in infrastructure.”
