Property services specialist Chigwell Group has merged with Overleaf Group as it targets a turnover of £100m within the next five years.
Construction and consultancy firm Overleaf has been trading for 20 months and has already built up an order book of nearly £13m.
Latest accounts for Chigwell Group to January 31 2025 show a turnover of £37.5m generating a pre-tax profit of £1.9m.
The company said it is on course to hit £44m turnover this year with more mergers and acquisitions expected on the way to its £100m ambition.
