BW Workplace Experts has made two senior appointments following the announcement of a new CEO.

Peter Nagle will take on the role of chief operating officer (COO), supporting project delivery, performance, resourcing and business processes.
During his 21 years with the company, Nagle has held the role of contracts director and managing director (MD).
Meanwhile, Paul Kavanagh has been appointed MD and will oversee business growth and project and client delivery.
Since joining BW in 2010 as operations director, Kavanagh has delivered many of the company’s “largest” fit out projects.
These appointments come as BW prepares for its next phase of growth.
BW’s current chief executive Steve Elliott will step down in August, with chief marketing officer Anthony Brown expected to succeed him.
During his 12-year tenure, Elliott spearheaded the company’s transition to employee ownership.
In 2025, BW recorded a 132 per cent rise in pre-tax profit, to £13.9 million, while revenue increased by a third to £326.7 million.

In a statement, BW Workplace Experts said: “The new leadership structure builds on the strong foundations established by Steve Elliott over the past 12 years.
Adding: “These senior leadership appointments position BW for the future, strengthening leadership across operations, project delivery, sales and people while preserving the culture, expertise and values that have made the business one of the UK’s leading workplace experts.”
