Fire safety specialist Ventro Group has strengthened its position within the building compliance sector with its latest acquisition.

Newly acquired Harrold Jones Services (HJS), in the Midlands, is a provider of electrical, security, fire safety and building refurbishment services.
Founded in 1979, today HJS is reporting annual revenues of £13.7 million.
Bosses said the move will add to Ventro’s existing team and its progression from fire safety expert to provider of end-to-end building compliance solutions.
Ventro provide fire safety services to building owners, from initial consultancy, surveying and auditing to installation and maintenance.
These are across multiple disciplines, including compartmentation works such as fire doors and stopping to alarms, sprinklers and emergency lighting.
