Overbury is understood to have landed the prize fit-out deal at 2 Aldermanbury Square in the City of London which will become the new head office for legal giant Clifford Chance.
The Enquirer understands that Overbury will make the win official shortly for the project where Bovis is main shell and core contractor on the £180m job for client Great Portland Estates.
Structural completion at the site was achieved in February with a topping out ceremony for the 13-storey scheme containing 322,600 sq ft of office space.
