Morgan Sindall Construction has announced the launch of a new division, strengthening leadership across the Home Counties and London which are key areas for the business.

Northern Home Counties Ventures will be led by director Emma Curtis, spanning Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and North London boroughs.
As one of the company’s “strongest growth stories”, it now operates as three business units: Northern Home Counties Ventures, Northern Home Counties, and Southern Home Counties.
Working with Curtis are regional managing director, Sean Bradley, and regional commercial director, Matt Guy, who will leverage “significant” investment being made in the region.
Rod Pavey, who joined the business last year, has been appointed Northern Home Counties area director, while Southern Home Counties continues under area director Guy Hannell, delivering schemes across Surrey, Kent and Sussex.
In London, Richard Dobson has been appointed regional managing director.
Dobson, supported by regional commercial director Adam Allen, will continue to deliver a broad range of public and private sector projects, having enjoyed long-term careers with Morgan Sindall in the capital.
The Morgan Sindall group recently reported revenue exceeding £2.5 billion, with its construction division recording an 18 per cent increase in turnover, to £742 million.
Supported by a robust balance sheet, group cash rose to £418 million from £390 million in 2025.
Morgan Sindall Construction managing director, Pat Boyle, said: “The advances we are making reflect the quality and consistency of our approach, and our belief in a decentralised model, built around genuine local presence and local knowledge, and all that means for our customers and supply chains.
“Under Sean Bradley’s leadership, London and the Home Counties have grown to a scale where each deserves its own dedicated focus. It is an exciting time, and Sean and I are delighted to see so many talented colleagues progressing into new roles.”
